Insole (fabric): 55% Recycled Polyester, 45% Polyester
Insole (foam): 10% Recycled EVA, 90% EVA
Midsole: 20% Recycled EVA, 80% EVA
Outsole: 14% Natural Rubber, 86% Synthetic Rubber

Care instructions: Wash them by hand if it's possible, by following specific sport shoes soap instructions. You can also wash at 30º gently in a short cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, highly recommended not to use softeners.
